4. Project Scope & Agreement

• Only the services specifically listed in the written agreement are included.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

5. Payment Terms

For our standard workflow:

• The client reviews the deliverables.
• The client signs a Work Completion & Satisfaction Confirmation Form.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

By making payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to that policy.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Review deliverables promptly

• Project delays caused by client inaction may affect delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• The client receives rights to the final approved deliverables.
• XMaster Solution retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any preliminary drafts, concepts, or unused materials remain the property of XMaster Solution.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services such as:

• Domain registrars
• Hosting providers
• Software plugins
• Printing vendors

XMaster Solution is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or policy changes from third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in dispute.
