3. Payment Terms
- Payment After Satisfactory Delivery:
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are made only after all services have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
- The client will receive all deliverables for review and will confirm in writing (via email or message) that the services are complete and satisfactory.
- Once confirmation is received, the final invoice will be issued for payment.
- Advance or Milestone Payments (if applicable):
- For large or long-term projects, XMaster Solution may request milestone-based or partial advance payments.
- These terms will always be clearly stated in the signed agreement or invoice.
- Payment Methods:
- We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other approved gateways.
- All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant providers.
- Currency:
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
- Late Payments:
- If payment is not received within the stated invoice period (usually 7 days after issuance), XMaster Solution reserves the right to suspend services or apply a 2% monthly late fee.
4. Service Delivery and Approval
- Delivery Confirmation:
Upon completion of the project, XMaster Solution will notify the client of delivery via email or project portal.
- Client Review:
The client must review all deliverables and provide confirmation or revision requests within 5 business days.
- Automatic Approval:
If no response is received within 5 business days, the project will be deemed approved and completed.
- Post-Approval Work:
Any additional changes requested after approval will be treated as a new project or phase and billed separately.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Please refer to our official Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website or provided in your agreement.

- Payments are made only after service completion and client satisfaction.
- Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments, non-delivery, or verified quality issues.
- Once the client approves the final deliverables, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership:
- Upon full payment, the client gains ownership rights to the final approved deliverables (e.g., website code, designs, files).
- XMaster Solution retains ownership of all preliminary designs, drafts, and proprietary methods used during development unless otherwise stated.
- Use of Work for Portfolio:
- XMaster Solution reserves the right to showcase completed projects as part of its portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback.
- Ensure that all provided content (text, images, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.
- Cooperate in good faith to ensure timely delivery of services.
XMaster Solution is not responsible for project delays caused by client-side inaction or incomplete information.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, data, and materials confidential.
Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
- XMaster Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
10. Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third-party vendors (e.g., hosting providers, printing partners, payment gateways).
While we ensure reliable partners, XMaster Solution is not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms or outages beyond our control.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
The client will be billed for any work completed up to the termination date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
13. Modifications
XMaster Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
